Female Theft Suspect Posted in Wanted 2007-02-15
Aylmer Police are seeking the identity of a female suspected in a vehicle theft and subsequent debit card scam. On 11 Feb. 2007 a motor vehicle was stolen from the East Elgin Community Centre parking lot. A purse and debit card were also inside the vehicle. The suspect(s) made unauthorized withdrawals in the Walmart Plaza area in St. Thomas as well as Future Shop on Wellington Rd in London. Digital images of a female suspect will be posted on the web siteand local media. Anyone with information may contact the Aylmer Police directly or use Crime Stoppers.
Quick Change Bandit Posted in Wanted 2006-08-20
	On Wednesday, 16 August 2006, an unidentified male attended The Beer Store and Shopper’s Drugmart in Aylmer. Suspect proceeded with his purchase and during payment, made a rapid series of exchanges involving $20.00 and $100.00 dollar bills. Although loss was suspected almost immediately, Suspect left the scene and could not be located or identified. Affected businesses are at a loss for several hundred dollars. Suspect is described as: late 30’s, about 5’ 10” tall, about 170 lbs, short brown hair, no accent. As this is a serial offence, Aylmer Police are seeking the assistance of other agencies that have dealt with this individual in the past or have had similar occurrences.Aylmer Police are seeking the identity of Suspect, caught on surveillance tape.Digital photos and/or video are available upon request.
Shop Lifter Wanted Posted in Wanted 2006-06-17
	On Tuesday, 13 June 2006, an unidentified male attended the No Frill’s store in Aylmer. Suspect proceeded through the check-out lane with a cart of groceries. Suspect attempted to pay approximately $175.00 with his Debit Card, however, card was rejected. Suspect parked cart and stated he would return with sufficient cash. A short time later, Suspect re-entered the store and left with the cart, failing to make payment. Suspect had with him, a small boy, approximately 5 years of age. Suspect is described as: late 20’s, about 5’ 8” tall, short brown hair, no accent.
